For most of us, the most delicious on the festive table is sweet pastries, and we will start our mini cookbook with DESSERT.
Moreover, the only (alas!) Prize is subscription for the second half of 2014 to the magazine Burda- got a resident of Smolensk Olesya Popkova (Lisenok) precisely for the sweet gingerbread!

In total, this process took me 3 days. But it was worth it, everyone was thrilled.
Skewers are visible in the photo, but this is because the house had to be transported, I was worried that he would arrive safely. Everything worked out.

Mix the powder with lemon juice or liquor, adding 1−2 tbsp. tablespoons of water. Fill the cake with icing and decorate as you like. Sprinkle the sides of the cake with almond petals. "

"The recipe is very simple, the set of ingredients is also minimal, but it turns out very tasty.
You will need: 3 eggs, 100 - 150 g of sugar, 100 g of powdered sugar, 350 g of flour, 1 pack of margarine (200 g), vanilla to taste, a bar of chocolate (you can with nuts), 1 - 2 bananas.
First of all, we take margarine from the refrigerator, it should be at room temperature. To speed up the process, you can defrost it a little in the microwave. The main thing is that it does not melt.
Separate the whites from the yolks. We remove the proteins in the refrigerator.
Grind the yolks with 150-100 g of sugar (for those who love a sweeter, take 150 g).
Add margarine, whisk. You can use a whisk, you can use a mixer, in the last version the dough will turn out more airy.

If the cake is baked in a deep, one-piece form, I advise you to shift it onto a flat baking sheet and carefully disconnect the foil.
While the cake is baked, you need to prepare the filling. If there is no icing sugar, then it's time to make it, cut the banana into rings and crumble the chocolate bar into small pieces, or at least break into slices.
We distribute the chocolate over the hot cake, on top a layer of banana.
We get the squirrels from the refrigerator. Beat first with a small pinch of salt, literally on the tip of a knife. Beat with a mixer for about five minutes, no less. It should be very thick foam. Then gradually add powdered sugar. In total, beat for at least 7 minutes.
Put the whipped squirrels on the cake. You can use a pastry syringe, you can just flatten with a spoon. We put in the oven preheated to 100 degrees for a couple of minutes, so that the protein warms up and browned.
