Pillows in the shape of pyramids can be sewn from the same fabric or combine different materials, you can add pyramids with a “comb” - you will get pillows, "dinosaurs" for the nursery.

Such pillows can be made small or larger, add a "scallop" or not add. One way or another, they can complement and diversify the collection of decorative pillows on the couch or armchair, including playing the role of an accent.

Pillow- "node": master class + video + ideas

Step 1

Draw on paper and cut out patterns (see diagram). The dimensions of the pillow may be different, the ratio of the side of the triangle to the side of the square is 6.5 to 2.5. Cut out the details from the fabric (allowances are not needed, but outline the dashed lines, as on the template, or put points at the intersections of these lines).

Step 2

Fold the square details diagonally twice and iron.

Step 3

Insert the ironed parts into one another and place the chain on one side of one of the triangles on the front side.

Step 4

Cover with a second triangle and sew, while stitching parts from squares.Sew along the outlined dashed lines, starting and ending the line at the outlined points (in the photo this, A and B). Turn out the details and iron.

Step 5

Fold the third triangle with the previous ones, as shown in the photo, and sew on the underside, leaving a hole for turning out in the middle.

Step 6

Sew the fourth to the first triangle (see photo, the fourth triangle is from fabric with a pattern to a point).

Step 7

Complete the remaining two seams to form a pyramid. Turn out the pillow, straighten the corners well. Fill the pillow with filler and sew a hole on the machine or manually with a blind seam.
