YOU WILL NEED: patches of cotton fabric of red, gray and black colors (plain or plaid); pieces of braid, ribbon, galloon and braid with pompons min. 40 cm each; 2 red cords approx. 40 cm and a diameter of 5 mm; cotton wool for filling; threads for sewing matching colors (Coats).
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: for the door stopper, strip strips of fabric of different widths to grind together so that a rectangle of 87 x 40 cm is obtained, while pieces of fabric are also grind partially transversely into strips. Then line across the rectangle pieces of tape, ribbons, galloon and braid with pompons according to the photo in the magazine or randomly.
From the fabric into the cage, cut 2 strips measuring 8.5 x 40 cm each. Stitch these strips to the right and left to the rectangle. Fold the rectangle along the front side inwards, stitch the longitudinal sections at a distance of 1 cm. On both sides, short sections (fabric into a cage) should be ironed to the wrong side by a width of 1 cm, then ironed again to a width of 1 cm and sewn for backstage. To iron an allowance of a longitudinal seam, to turn out a stopper.
On one side, pull the cord into the drawstring, pull the drawstring, tie the ends of the cord tightly. Then fill the stopper with cotton, and pull the other side onto the cord.
