From September 29 to October 2, Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Center will host the “Needlework Formula”, for the first time a unique Burda site will be presented for those who are passionate about fashion, sewing and creativity!

For the past six years, the Formula Crafts firmly holds the position of the largest and most popular creative exhibition in Russia, and for the first time we are pleased to present you a joint project of the legendary brand Burda, the sewing school Burda Academy and Craft Formula!
4 days, from September 29 to October 2, master classes and events of the entertainment program will be held as part of the exhibition, including events of the largest thematic site for sewing from Burda at the "Needlework Formula" exhibition! You will be able to meet with the chief editor of the Russian magazine Burda, attend lectures by specialists in the field of sewing and fashion design, get advice on style and fashion trends from invited experts, and also evaluate the products of the project partners - fabric stores.
Fans of retro and vintage will surely appreciate the exposition of exclusive retro outfits of the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s, stitched according to Burda patterns. Among them you will find replicas of iconic dresses by Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, Grace Kelly and many other style icons, sewn from luxurious fabrics and materials,which were provided by the project partners - fashion stores “Fashionable Together”, “Beautiful Fabrics”, “Primavera”, the online store “Art Factory”, as well as the leading manufacturer of sewing threads Gütermann. Burda-tailored outfits are accompanied by a photo exhibition that talks about the fashion of every decade and the landmark events that took place with Burda and fashion during this period.

Be sure to visit the “Fashion Territory” located on the Burda common platform - a showroom with clothes from the bonprix online store! A stylist will work here throughout the exhibition, who will be happy to advise everyone on issues of style and help you choose a wardrobe taking into account the individual characteristics of your appearance. In addition, as part of the exhibition, a fashion show of the winners of the Burda editorial contest Podium in clothes sewn on patterns from Burda!
