Friends, we are pleased to announce that on May 14, the second Burda sewing marathon will start. The hero of our marathon will be the absolute must have of any wardrobe - a bomber jacket.

What is a sewing marathon?
This is such a form of online learning in which you receive not only video lessons from the teachers of the Burda Academy, but also their advice during sewing and answers to questions.
Over the course of 4 weeks, we will post video lessons in a closed group, and our curator-teacher at the Burda Academy will lead a marathon and help participants.
What awaits you?
As part of this marathon, we will learn:
- work with electronic patterns Burda;
- choose the right material for the product, as well as accessories and applied materials;
- decate the material depending on its composition;
- adjust the basic pattern of the figure;
- process seams in different ways: sewing on a sewing machine and overlock, edging slices with an oblique trim;
- to process a welt pocket with a leaf with set-in ends;
- competently handle the belt, neck strap and cuffs with an elastic garter;
- cut, shape and work with a slanting inlay;
- get rid of the fear of stitching lightning along the front edge of the product;
- combine different types of fabrics in one product.
Step-by-step this is not so difficult! And as a result, sew a beautiful, fashionable, comfortable do-it-yourself bomber jacket!
For each participant we will provide:
- bomber pattern in sizes 42 to 50
- clear sewing instructions from our teacher
- detailed tutorials in video format
- opportunity to win prizes
Marathon conditions
- Subscribe to our Instagram account @burda_academy (if you have a personal account)
- Be registered or register in VK (social network VKontakte)
- Pay participation in the marathon, the cost of participation is 1500 rubles. + fee of the payment operator 5.64%
- Post a post about participating in the marathon on your page on Instagram or VK with the hashtag #burdamarathon
- Send your data for registration in the marathon and the name of your profile in VK to [email protected]
An offer agreement is entered into as a contract between the student and ID Burda. Acceptance of an offer shall mean payment by the Customer of funds under this agreement.
