How to cook

- Melt the margarine for baking;
- Pour the sifted flour into a large deep bowl, add the melted margarine and beer. Knead the dough, it should turn out soft.
- Divide the resulting dough into 10−12 identical balls.
- Roll each ball thinly on a separate baking sheet.
- Use a large flat plate to cut out the circle.
- Pierce each cake with a fork so that the dough does not swell during baking.
- Bake the cakes individually on a baking sheet, directly on the baking sheet. The temperature in the oven is 180-190 degrees.
- Leave the finished cakes to cool.
- Put the slices of dough into the oven and bake them until golden brown. They will go to sprinkle.

Meanwhile, make custard

- Pound sugar with eggs, flour and vanilla sugar.
