Even the most ordinary plain knitted pullover, which is already slightly fed up, can be turned into a stylish thing quickly, and, most importantly, simply!

You will need:

✂ Knitted pullover;

✂ Wide decorative satin ribbon;

✂ Needle and thread for sewing;

✂ Tailor pins;

✂ Scissors;

✂ Tailor chalk

How to make a back of a wrap blouse

Step 1

Fold the pullover on a flat surface with the back facing up.

Step 2

Define the middle of the back and markup.

Step 3

From the neck of the back along the midline, back down 10-15 cm and put a mark.

Step 4

Cut along the midline of the back to the mark.

Step 5

Treat the incision by performing a narrow hem:

► Turn the pullover to the wrong side.

► Unscrew the cut on the wrong side twice by 5-7 mm, depending on the thickness of the knit.

► Pin or bite. Sew a stitch to the edge or sew in a hem manually.

The section can also be processed with a slanting inlay. How to do it right, read in our master class:

Step 6

Cut a satin ribbon 1 m long in half. Tuck short sections, chop and hem. Iron.

Step 7

Tie the ribbons at the waist with tailor pins, stepping back from the edge of the cut 5 cm. Sew the ribbons manually or on a machine.
